1 Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the e baji platform and all its services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between e baji ("we", "us", or "the platform") and the user ("you" or "member").

By browsing our website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

e baji reserves the right to change or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after revised Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on the e baji platform and participate in any casino or betting activity. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. If it is found during account verification that a member is under 21, that account will be closed immediately and the associated funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, the same household, the same device, or the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be suspended or permanently closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account — including your full name, date of birth, correct mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information may result in failed account verification and cancellation of access to services.

2.4 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately. e baji will not be held responsible for misuse of your account.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Payment Methods

The following methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on e baji:

3.2 Minimum Amount

The minimum amount for both deposits and withdrawals is ৳500. No transactions below this amount will be processed.

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, withdrawals may be put on hold if account verification is incomplete or unusual activity is detected.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus funds, a total of ৳20,000 (৳1,000 × 20) must be wagered.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements and validity periods — read the relevant terms before claiming.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be treated as direct cash — the specified wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.
• If misuse of any promotion is detected, e baji reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• e baji's decision on any bonus-related matter is final.

4.3 Changes to Promotions

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Validity of Bets

All bets placed on e baji are considered final once confirmed by the system. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue or disconnection, it may be considered void.

5.2 Result Disputes

5.3 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.

5.4 Special Sports Betting Rules

For bets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and other sports events, winnings will be determined after the official result of the match is announced. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the associated bets may be declared void and the staked amount will be refunded.

6 Account Verification and Security

6.1 KYC Verification

e baji conducts account verification to ensure a safe and transparent environment. A copy of a national identity card, passport, or driving licence may be requested to confirm identity before withdrawals or for transactions above a certain amount.

7 VIP Program and Cashback

7.1 VIP Levels

e baji has three VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each level includes weekly cashback benefits. Cashback is provided at a set rate based on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings).

7.2 Cashback Rates

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 0.8% cashback per week

For example, if a Silver level member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

7.3 Level Changes

Progression through VIP levels is determined by a member's overall activity and participation. The specific conditions for level upgrades are reviewed periodically by e baji. Decisions regarding VIP benefits are made at e baji's own discretion.

8 Responsible Gaming

e baji believes that gambling or betting should be done for entertainment only and should never be seen as a solution to financial problems. We encourage members to develop healthy and controlled gaming habits.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 e baji's Authority

e baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• If these Terms are violated.
• If fraudulent or dishonest activity is detected.
• If evidence is found that an account is being operated using a false identity or information.
• If bonus misuse is proven.
• For legal reasons or due to the need for an investigation.

9.2 Closure at User's Request

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, notify our support team via 24/7 live chat or email. All existing bonuses and withdrawable funds will be settled before the account is closed.

10 Limitation of Liability

e baji will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• If any bet or gameplay is disrupted due to internet disconnection.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment service.
• If services are temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
• If a member suffers loss due to their own negligence or leaving account details unsecured.

12 Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision will be modified or removed. The remaining Terms will remain fully in effect.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the individual terms of each specific promotion together form the entire agreement between e baji and the user. Any prior oral or written understandings before this agreement are considered void.

12.3 Language Preference

These Terms are published in Bengali. In the event of any conflict with a version in another language, the Bengali version will be considered final.

12.4 No Waiver of Rights

If e baji does not enforce a particular condition in a specific situation, this cannot be interpreted as a waiver of that condition. e baji retains the right to enforce that condition in the same situation in the future.
